Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (7pm–7am) in Rome, GA. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates with opportunities for salary increases based on clinical ladder criteria.

The role includes comprehensive patient assessments, SMART care plans, medication administration, patient and family education, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

RN license required
BLS certification required
1+ year in acute care setting preferred
Fluent/strong English communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and collect history and vitals.
Develop and implement SMART care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and therapies safely.
Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
Advocate for patient safety and rights within the care system.
Participate in unit-based quality improvement and research.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, social workers and other providers.
Document care activities accurately in medical records.
Monitor and adjust care plans based on ongoing assessments.
Perform nursing procedures such as wound care and catheterization.
Maintain a safe environment and participate in bedside shift reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
