Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or eligible for licensure in Virginia.
• 1 year of RN experience; critical care experience preferred.
• BSN or ADN; if ADN, plan to complete BSN within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting data sets and synthesizing interrelationships.
• Formulates care plans based on assessment findings to achieve best outcomes.
• Advocates for patients' rights and provides guidance to families.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient care goals.
• Documents care activities per standards and supports care team with documentation.
• Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development with continuing education.
