Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; leadership required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ED nursing staff to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Assist manager with daily operations, budgeting, and payroll.
• Mentor staff and participate in hiring, orientation, and precepting.
