Job summary

Scripps Memorial La Jolla Emergency Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time hours in the Emergency Department. The role features a schedule of 48 hours per 2-week pay period with 12-hour day shifts at Scripps Memorial La Jolla.

The RN will provide direct patient care within the ED, participate in a high-acuity environment, and collaborate closely with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. New hire and relocation incentives are available per the posting.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
• The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
