Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the Emergency Department at Scripps Memorial La Jolla. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts (including weekends) and a 72 hours per 2-week pay period schedule, with opportunities for MICN certification and trauma care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
• With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
