Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the Emergency Department at Scripps Memorial La Jolla. This part-time role offers 12-hour day shifts and a schedule of 48 hours per 2-week pay period. You will provide direct patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level I Trauma Center.

RNs at La Jolla participate in MICN training and contribute to quality patient care, patient/family education, and process improvements. Relocation incentives may be available.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
• With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
