Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time, mid-shift position (11a-11p) offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates and the opportunity to work with a diverse team in a high-energy ED environment.

As an RN, you will provide holistic patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize evidence-based practices to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Previous emergency services or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities
