PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department in a Full-Time, 0.90 FTE, variable shift role in Bellingham, WA. The position offers a competitive hourly salary range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assessing and delivering evidence-based care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Prior ED experience and current RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of ED experience or orientation within ED and ability to practice independently.
• Experience managing cardiac, complex medical-surgical, pediatric, and trauma patients.
• BSN degree preferred; strong commitment to ongoing education.

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in a Full-Time, 0.90 FTE, Variable Shift position. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may be available.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Department experience or current orientation within an Emergency Department and ability to practice independently.
• Demonstrated experience managing:
• Cardiac patients
• Complex medical-surgical patients
• Pediatric patients
• Multiple trauma patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Emergency Department Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within 6 months
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 12 months
