Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time, night-shift role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses.

Join a compassionate team at a 25-bed critical access facility committed to local, high-quality care. You will lead care, collaborate with ED staff, and uphold patient safety and rights daily.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS certification (adult, child, and infant).
• ACLS, PALS, or ENPC preferred (required within 12 months of hire).
• Previous hospital experience with similar patient population is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Quality Care: provide nursing care per NH scope and policy, develop care plans within 24 hours of admission and adjust as needed.
• Leadership: supervise LPNs, LNAs, EMTs, and other staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Patient Safety/Patient Rights: protect patient information and uphold ethical practices.
• Collaboration: work with all members of the patient care team.
