Job summary

Speare Memorial Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) per diem to join our care team in Plymouth, NH. The LNA will assist with patient care, document care activities, and support the Nursing Plan of Care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Ideal candidates hold NH LNA licensure, a current BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This per diem role provides opportunities for collaboration in a small 25-bed community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Licensed Nursing Assistant program.
• Current LNA licensure in NH and BLS certification are required.
• Ability to write clearly and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated independent judgment and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides and assists with patient care as directed by RN.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Adheres to Nursing Plan of Care and hospital policies.
• Responds to emergencies and supports team in codes.
• Participates in department and hospital meetings.
