Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of nursing theory and practice and related medical sciences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, document and evaluate nursing care for patients in assigned area in accordance with orders and standards.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient condition, treatment and response to care.
