Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• BSN preferred and CNOR certification considered desirable

Responsibilities

• Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care in an assigned area per provider orders and nursing standards
• Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel and ensures patient safety
• Observes, assesses and reports patient condition; maintains timely documentation
