Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit governance, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patients, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
