The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift. The RN provides direct clinical care, coordinates patient care, and supervises staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing services.

The role reports to the CNO and adheres to safety, risk management, and infection control standards. Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, licensure to practice in Texas, and CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Preferred: Recent acute care experience.
• Certifications: Required: CPR, AHA BLS; ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP per policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a shift basis.
• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe nursing care; coordinate patient care.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Perform and fulfill hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies.
