Job summary

Citadel Healthcare LLC in Rockford, IL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing care for a group of residents during a shift. You will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care, coordinate with physicians, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires CPR certification, an active IL RN license, and 1 year of experience preferred. You will document care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed nursing care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with regulations.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; prepares and transcribes orders.
• Charts nurses notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Directs and supervises CNAs; ensures a safe, sanitary environment; reports shifts and maintains documentation.
