Job summary

MedStar Health in Baltimore is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver skilled, compassionate care across routine to highly complex patient needs. You will assess evolving conditions and develop care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated with the nursing team.
