Job summary

MedStar Health’s Washington Hospital Center in Baltimore seeks a Clinical Nurse to deliver skilled, compassionate care across routine to complex needs in a premier EP Lab. You will assess patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop care plans, coordinating with the nursing team to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications include ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL; MD RN license (or Compact) and BLS; prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Active MD RN license or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Unit Highlights

Premier full-service EP Lab providing treatment of a full spectrum of cardiac arrythmias, including the newest technology in device implants. Procedures include the treatment of atrial fibrillation with cryoablation, His bundle pacemakers, leadless pacemakers, and cardiac resynchronization defibrillators.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
