Job summary

MedStar Health’s Washington Hospital Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide skilled, compassionate care across a spectrum of patient needs, from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving conditions and coordinate with the nursing team to implement care plans.

The role requires active RN licensure, cath lab or ED experience, and BLS. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance as applicable.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Cath Lab or ED Clinical Nursing Experience required.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Unit Highlights

Cutting edge cardiac procedures including cardiac interventions via trans-radial approach and IMPELLA.

Large structural heart program including TAVR, Watchman, PFO closure/ASD repair, Valvuloplasty, and Mitra clip procedures.

High focus on research and new procedures.

Collaborative teamwork with multidisciplinary team

*Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital for call-back requirements.

This position has a hiring range of
