We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. As an RN at Nightingale, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents with dignity, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Provide direct patient care including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the charge nurse and physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care and treatment
Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
