You will assess competencies, coordinate educational activities, and support certification preparation while fostering best practice and quality care within a full-time day-shift environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 2 years in clinical specialty.
• 2 years nursing education experience preferred.
• 1 year in leadership role preferred (includes charge nurse, preceptor).
• Certification in clinical specialty or nursing professional development within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Onboard/orient newly hired staff.
• Assess competency and performance.
• Provide continuing nursing education.
• Identify practice gaps and learning needs.
• Develop education plans based on gaps.
• Assist nurses in certification preparation.
