Job summary

AccordCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff and healthcare professionals. The role promotes clinical excellence, compliance, and staff development to ensure high-quality patient care.

This full-time salaried position offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 with a focus on orientation, ongoing education, and performance improvement across nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in teaching, precepting, or staff education preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation programs for new nursing employees.
• Design and conduct ongoing education, competency assessments, and annual mandatory training.
• Provide clinical instruction, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
