• Current, active RN license in the state.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain an annual staff development program for nursing personnel.
• Coordinate orientation for newly hired nursing staff and act as preceptor/mentor.
• Plan mandatory in-services, continuing education, and competency validations.
• Maintain records of staff education, attendance, competencies, and licensure requirements.
• Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance education.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
