Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland's east side seeks an experienced registered nurse for its Emergency Department, a Level II Trauma Center. You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, monitor patients, and communicate conditions to the team; shifts are days 11:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state
• One year of acute care RN experience or military RN experience
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross)
• ACLS certification (AHA/Red Cross)
• TNCC-Adult or ENPC-Pediatric on hire or within 24 months
• PALS within one year of hire
• Preferred BSN

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families with culturally appropriate materials.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
