Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time role (36 hrs/week) features a 11:00am–11:00pm shift, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and Day-One benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

The department has a 26-bed capacity, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, and a supportive team with techs and paramedics. Qualified candidates hold a current RN license (or compact), ACLS/BLS (or within 30 days), and must live within 45 minutes of Mercy Hospital

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care across assigned patients.

• Respects patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
