Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN to join its Emergency Department. This full-time position offers a 36-hour workweek with a 6:30pm–7:00am shift, an opportunity for a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact) is required.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (or within 30 days).
• Must live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the ED.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Support a 24/7, 26-bed ED operation with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
