Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with a night shift from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, and a sign-on bonus for experienced nurses.

You will care for patients using the nursing process, coordinate with multiple departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality as part of Mercy’s mission and service standards. Benefits include day-one coverage and PTO, with educational support available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license) in Missouri or ability to obtain.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or within 30 days of start.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process in the Emergency Department.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and care team.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
