Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Patient Flow Coordinator RN to oversee patient movement and coordinate care across shifts. Eligible candidates hold an RN license in Georgia, BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; experience in ED and quality improvement is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license with Georgia state licensure and/or multistate licensure
• 1 year ED experience required
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall movement of patients through the ED safely and efficiently
• Coordinate patient care activities and liaise with ED medical staff
• Delegate workload and model teamwork and professionalism in the ED
