Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an ED Patient Flow Coordinator. The RN will oversee patient movement through the ED and coordinate care activities, liaising with ED medical staff to ensure safe, efficient delivery. The role requires leadership, teamwork and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Expect 1 year of ED RN experience and active Georgia licensure with BCLS/ACLS/PALS; CEN is preferred. This on-site position emphasizes collaboration and process improvement within the ED team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• CEN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, efficient movement of patients through the ED.
• Coordinate patient care activities and serve as ED liaison to medical staff.
• Delegate workload and model teamwork, leadership and professionalism.
• Collaborate to ensure timely, high‑quality care delivery.
