Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifecycle, from birth onward. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within organizational policies and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RN license in Georgia (state licensure or NLC/eNCL multistate license) required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred; 1 year in hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

Education
