Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. This onsite contract covers 13 weeks beginning 9/21/2026, with 12-hour day shifts (3 days/week) and a 1:4 patient ratio.

The role requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications, along with a compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care in a busy ED environment.

Qualifications

• RN with ED experience preferred and ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and teamwork in a fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED patient care in a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Perform IV/blood draws and monitor cardiac status.
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document care and collaborate with team.
