Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Part Time Night RN to join the Lakeland Highlands Hospital opening team. You will provide high-level patient care in an acute setting, work with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely responses in critical situations.

Must have ED experience, Florida RN license, and current BLS. ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for select areas such as NICU, with ongoing professional development supported.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas; NRP required for NICU

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and judgment to care for patients with advanced illness or injury.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment and interprets monitors.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage care.
• Documents patient care and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in prioritizing and delivering evidence-based nursing care.
• Adheres to Orlando Health policies and unit/department procedures.
