Hireology is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team, ensure high-quality resident care, and drive compliance across our operations. In this senior role you will shape care plans, mentor staff, and partner with physicians to elevate clinical excellence.

You will oversee recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and keeping accurate resident records while ensuring timely access to equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Demonstrates leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and a restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Assist on the floor to maintain high-quality care.
• Review payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Collaborate on developing individualized care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure nursing staff have timely access to equipment and supplies.
• Lead, mentor and support nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes.
