Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff recruitment, retention, evaluations and competencies.
• Ensures orientation and annual education requirements and employee safety.
• Supports hospital philosophy and goals and ensures a positive departmental image.
• Develops and implements services to meet patient and physician expectations.
• Monitors financial expenditures to meet budget goals.
• Leads Participation in the Performance Improvement (PI) program.
