You will oversee nursing services, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance; step in on the floor when needed; review payroll for accuracy; maintain resident records; and

• Requires active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
• Lead the Team: Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff
