Landmark of Plano Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Plano, TX, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and shape the care experience for residents.

The DON will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, oversee care plans, manage payroll oversight, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality, restorative care. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with a restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance: Oversee nursing services per guidelines.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
