Job summary

Lampasas-Nursing- is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate resident care in our long-term care setting in Texas.

You will recruit, onboard, schedule, and mentor staff; review payroll with accuracy; maintain resident records; collaborate with physicians to develop care plans; and ensure timely access to equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing with the State of Texas or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services in accordance with guidelines

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will help shape the care experience for our residents while guiding and supporting our nursing staff with professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
