Arbors at Milford is seeking a Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse to lead the facility's nursing program and ensure the highest quality of care. The DON will supervise nursing staff, guide clinical protocols, and oversee training, scheduling, and budget adherence.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Plans and guides the professional development of nursing staff.
• Rounds on unit daily and ensures protocols and procedures are followed.
• Develops and manages systems to assure clinical competencies and training needs.
• Performs interviewing, hiring, disciplining and evaluating employees.
• Plans and facilitates meetings to address resident care issues.
• Develops the department budget for approval and monitors expenses.
• Investigates and resolves residents/family/employee concerns.
