Crescent Health & Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team in delivering exceptional resident care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes. The DON will oversee nursing operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a Florida facility.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure and at least 2 years of leadership in a skilled nursing setting, plus strong communication, budgeting, and mentorship skills to foster a collaborative, patient-centered work

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
