Job summary

CommuniCare Health is seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing at Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH to lead our nursing team and oversee clinical operations. The role requires an RN license and a track record of strong leadership in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Directly supervise nurses as nurse manager and oversee day-to-day clinical operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
