Job summary

Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced RN to lead our nursing team as Director of Nursing Services. You will oversee clinical services, coordinate programs, and supervise nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate has a current RN license, 5 years of clinical management experience in long-term care, and strong leadership, communication, and CPR skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• 5 years clinical management experience, preferably in a long term care environment
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and laws and guidelines for long term care administration
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
• Must maintain CPR certification
• Must attend Director of Nursing Corporate Training within 180 days of starting
