Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio RN license and nursing degree from accredited program.
• 5 years RN nursing supervisory experience preferred, ideally in long-term care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, state regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess new resident needs and inform staff of arrivals.
• Perform daily resident visits to monitor status and adjust care plans.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff regarding care and conditions.
• Ensure care is delivered with dignity and respect; uphold residents' rights.
• Supervise documentation and ensure accuracy of medical records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support program development.
• Provide training and orientation to maintain licensure and improve care quality.
