Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Current RN license
• At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations in long-term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CPR certification
