Summers Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced RN to lead our nursing team as Director of Nursing Services.

The role requires a current RN license and at least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care. You will supervise nurses, oversee clinical operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with employees and families.
• CPR certification required.
