Job summary

Allen View Healthcare Center in Springfield, OH is seeking an experienced RN to lead our nursing team as Director of Nursing Services. The DON will administer and coordinate clinical services and programs for residents, supervise nurses as nurse manager, and be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations.

Requirements include a current RN license, 5+ years of clinical management in long-term care, and strong leadership with excellent communication to staff and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• At least 5 years of clinical management experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and regulations for long-term care administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff and residents' families.
