RN Director of Nursing - Assisted Living/Memory Care

Description

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a highly complex, multiple product line, or large community. Ensures residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity, and maintains quality care as needs evolve. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and direct care staff. May lead an additional clinical leadership team of five or more members. The HWD level is based on the community's complexity, considering size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
