Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center in Oak Brook, IL seeks a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. You will oversee operations, compliance, and quality of life initiatives while guiding staff through changing needs.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, an Illinois RN license, CPR, and at least three years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong leadership and a proactive, take-charge approach.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a nursing home or related facility.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership abilities and take-charge attitude.
