Job summary

Diversicare Madison seeks a Director Clinical Educator to lead staff training and education programs across the facility. You will assess learning needs, design education plans, and ensure online education compliance to support safe, effective resident care.

You'll orient new employees, schedule comprehensive training, supervise documentation, and collaborate with administrators to align curricula with quality standards. This role offers growth and a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensure by State Board of Nursing required.
• Teaching/instructional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in communicating technical ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs for the department and respond accordingly.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing training for employees.
• Schedule training programs and in-services for all staff.
• Lecture and demonstrate procedures using various media and outside experts when possible.
• Supervise online education and monitor compliance.
• Develop recruitment strategies for all positions and assist with hiring decisions.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure regular follow-ups with new staff.
