Diversicare is seeking a Director Clinical Educator to lead training programs and assess department needs across our facilities. You will orient new staff, schedule comprehensive training and oversee online education compliance to ensure top-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes recruitment strategy development, ongoing staff education, and collaboration with leadership to maintain safe, compliant operations in a long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with long-term care experience preferred.
• Teaching/instructional experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assess training needs and respond with appropriate programs.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing training for employees.
• Schedule training programs and in-services for all employees.
• Develop recruitment strategies for all positions and assist with selections.
• Maintain documentation of orientation and in-service training.
