Job summary

Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is seeking an experienced RN Director to lead the Salem Health Medical Group Administration. Based in Salem, OR, this full-time, on-site role focuses on strategic leadership, quality improvement, and operational excellence across a growing network of specialty clinics.

You will partner with clinicians and executives to standardize processes, manage budgets, and drive patient care improvements while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Oregon RN license (active or eligible).
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years nursing practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning operations with organizational goals.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Partner with clinic leaders, providers, and teams to optimize clinical workflows across specialties.
• Support onboarding and integration of new practices and service lines.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership to departments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and processes, to optimize performance.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets balancing fiscal responsibility with high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve operational effectiveness and outcomes.
• Standardize best practices with evidence-based approaches across the medical group.
