Trilogy Health Services in Madison, WI is seeking a Nurse Director in Training to learn and support the Director of Health Services in managing daily operations of the Nursing Services Department in compliance with all applicable standards. This role focuses on developing leadership skills, coordinating care, and ensuring quality resident outcomes.

The position includes six months of training, with opportunities to participate in CCM, CAR, and QAPI initiatives.

Formación

• Associate degree required; RN license and CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Current, unencumbered RN license for Wisconsin; CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance program for nursing services.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Lead campus programs such as CCM, CAR, and QAPI.
• Assist in recruitment and staffing planning for nursing services.
• Ensure accurate electronic health records reflecting resident care.
